Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed via email or phone. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date and time. The 50% balance is due 48 hours prior to the agreed booking date and time. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in loss of the deposit. Performance Duration: Each booking includes a set performance duration, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes. Additional time may be available for an extra fee. Setup Time: Please allow at least 15 to 30 minutes for setup before the performance starts. Sound Requirements: Musicians will provide their own sound equipment for this service. The performer may require access to electricity. Weather Considerations: For outdoor events, please have a contingency plan in case of inclement weather. Respect and Conduct: Guests and the host should ensure a respectful environment. The musician reserves the right to end the performance if the atmosphere becomes inappropriate. Payment: All payments can be made through CIBC First Pay OR via online bank transfer OR via PayPal. By booking our services, you agree to abide by this policy.
